Brilliant Girls
Ding Hui Qiao (Nita Xia) is a young businesswoman. She works in a hotel and is the Director of the Marketing department. She has been in love with Li Wensen (Sean Sun), the Director of Sales Department but have now drifted apart. She is very professional and loves her work more than anything else. She later falls in love with Luo Shang (Wang You Jun) but gets confused between her work and her personal life.
Dai Xixi (Song Yi) is a 29 year old woman who is a marriage-holic and can do anything just to get married and settle in life. She has been in a relationship with Liu Ke (Li Tian Bhi) for five years but now due to extreme pressure from Dai Xixi and her family, they have broken up. She soon falls in love with Duan Xu (Wei Da Xun), best friend of Liu Ke and urges him to marry her.
Wen Xu Rue (Yin Tao) is a young mature woman, who is a successful wedding planner and also Hui Qiao's bestie. She wants to fall in love but she doesn't find anyone suitable for her. She hangs out with different men each day planning to fall in love but gets bored by each of them. This attitude brings her to danger when a man whom she hangs out with, starts rebelling against her. Soon she falls in love and gets married to a chef, Bai Xiang Wen (Yang Shuo) but as per her attitude and behaviour, she soon gets bored and decides to become an independent woman, free from all ties. She is also a famous blogger who writes relationship advices which is followed by Dai Xixi (who is unaware).
Wen Xiao Yang (Angel Zhao) is a college dropout and is the little sister of Wen Xu Rue. She is passionate about being a cartoonist and is a die hard fan of a famous cartoonist Belikov. When she comes to know that Qi Yue (Hua Lin Qin) is the actual Belikov, she befriends her. But after realising her actual identity, Xu Rue, Hui Qiao and Xixi, force her to leave Xiao Yang. After a few days, she meets the actual Belikov, Du Jia Mu (Kevin Tan), a man in his forties and falls in love with him.
The four independent girls live together in Hui Qiao's house and become close friends. They become each other's pillar of support and walk into their fields of professional life. They struggle in their personal and professional lives, but manage to get hold of it and stay together until the end, till they finally succeed in their work of life.
The drama teaches a lot of good things, how to manage your work life and your private life. It also teaches how to become independent in a mature way, helping to control the emotions and living together. It is a beautiful drama depicting the different paths of life of four girls and how to become successful is very well picturised. It helps you to deal with problems if everyday life.
